Project Description:

The PIP at the Comfort Inn & Suites included interior and exterior. The exterior was updated with a modern paint scheme and stone facade per choice hotel specifications. It also received a new standing seam metal roof. Interior PIP requirements included retexturing, painting, new tile work in common areas and all guest rooms, new case good installation and removal, and a remodel of the entire lobby and breakfast areas.

Project Name: La Quinta Midland North
Location: 2606 N Loop 250, Midland, TX 79707
Project Description:

PIP for La Quinta in Midland, TX included large format panel tile on the sign tower and Porte cochere columns. Updating the entire building with a modern color pallet, as well as the soffit and fascia. Outdated Signage changed to channel letter signage and updated LED accent lighting around exterior as per LQUP. Pool deck renovation, removal and replacement of all rod iron pool fencing. Update of septic system.

Project Name: La Quinta Odessa North
Location: 4122 Faudree Rd., Odessa, TX 79765
Project Description:

  • Just a few of the exterior PIP requirements completed per the new LQUP program, included updating the façade, completely repainting the building and trim with an updated color palette, installing large format panel tiles on the sign tower and Porte Cochere columns, replacing signage with channel letter signage, and installing LED accent lighting. Exterior renovations also included new TPO roof system and removed and replaced all windows on west side of hotel.
  • Addition of 800 square foot meeting room was also completed as part of exterior renovations.
  • The interior PIP included a total lobby renovation creating an open connection between the lobby and breakfast area to form a great room. We also installed new pod desks, a focal wall with a fireplace and TV, an open print station, new cabinets and countertops in breakfast areas and fresh paint as per LQUp’s new color scheme. A new modern design for the Bright Side Market/Sundry Shop was also completed.
  • Due to LQUP requirements the meeting room was converted into LQUP approved fitness center. Conversions also included transforming a guest room into an accounting office.
